Rose & Cacao tells the meeting of two complementary friends, Dominique and Stephan, united in taste and beauty! Tast, because they produce chocolates which are good for the taste buds, the body and the environment (the chocolates are organic and fair trade). Beautiful, because Dominique and Stephan offer gourmet chocolates that makes mouth water, while immersing you in a poetic and dreamlike visual universe.
All the chocolate tablets are organic, gluten-free, milk-free and lactose-free (and therefore vegan) and even with a low glycemic index since Dominique uses coconut palm sugar. There are no gluten or milk, and no traces of it in their workshop and in the final products. They do not use palm oil either. Only one chocolate tablet contains gluten-free soy (the "Alchemy" tablet), and there is no risk of contamination with the soy in other chocolates.
Rose & Cacao, it is also several recipes to diversify pleasure: two packagings of 100g or 50g of raw chocolate! Traditionally, the chocolate manufacture involves a roasting process of the cocoa beans. Dominique and Stephan chose to make their delicious chocolates from raw cocoa beans, in order to preserve the natural nutritional properties.
Allow yourself the temptation of unexpected scents: the "Courtesan", a raw chocolate associated with rose petals, the "Terres d’Orient” tablet and its buckwheat kernels or "Alchemy" a raw caramelized cocoa nibs in low temperature!
