Manicaretti is a tasty Italian restaurant in Paris whose Italian chef, Vittoria, prepares a generous cuisine in a warm atmosphere!
Persevering, motivated and, above all, a very good cook, this mother asked herself the question of the quality and origin of the products she cooked for her children. This is how the idea was born to open a restaurant where the dishes cooked would be natural and respectful of the raw materials and the environment. Her cuisine is based on organic or artisanal products, without industrial preparation, additives, frozen and other chemical products.
Everything is gluten free as Vittoria works only with rice, corn and buckwheat flours. She also prepares a delicious homemade bread, made of corn or buckwheat.
Moreover, Manicaretti works with Fare e Parlere, an organization specialized in teaching the Italian language and culture. It collaborates with the school Scudit Paris, to organize classes and workshops in italian, for adults and children.
