Find the warm and authentic atmosphere of Brittany, a few steps from Avignon. The Embassy of Brittany joined a few months ago the "Terrasses des saveurs" restoration center of the Avignon Nord shopping center. Andouille de Guéméné, duck breast with salted caramel, organic buckwheat cakes, you can indulge yourself with many regional specialties, made by the minute. By creating this restaurant, Emmanuel hoped to bring a piece of his native Brittany to the South. In order to do that, he makes you travel through his cuisine! Beware, allergic or intolerant to the egg, because the Breton galettes contain. On the gluten-free side, everything is cooked with organic black wheat flour made in Morbihan, gluten-free but with traces. Wheat pancakes are also available and prepared on the same baking trays but can be cleaned on request. Same type of adaptation for diets without milk / lactose, if you warn when placing your order, the plates can be greased with sunflower oil rather than half-salted butter and the galette will not be buttered before being garnished. Enjoy their galette with Andouille of Guéméné (without gluten and without milk). White ham and bacon are also gluten-free and dairy-free. On the side of traditional Breton dishes, most are cooked in olive oil - without butter. Sauces can be removed or requested separately.
For sweet beaks, ask for your buckwheat pancakes in a sweet version! We strongly recommend the galette with chesnut spread, gluten-free and dairy-free, the caramel and salted butter without gluten, or sorbets without major allergens (but with traces of nuts, gluten, soy, peanut).
As for drinks, try the other Breton specialty: cider. No less than 18 variations are available in their cellars, chosen each year in different Breton farms. Finally, do not leave without taking a look at the shop corner of the restaurant: cider, digestive Breton, delicatessen, confectionery ... Fill up on Breton specialties to continue your journey ...
