Parents of a little celiac girl, Magalie and Christophe opened Traiteur & Potager in July 2017. They prepare everything themselves with organic and local products! All their flours and preparations are gluten-free and prepared in a dedicated laboratory.
You can also enjoy lactose free and / or without cow's milk protein (without cow's milk), without egg, without soy and many others. All the savory dishes are gluten-free and the majority are even lactose-free (comté and morbier are the only cheeses used), some are without egg and vegan. Try out their vegan lasagna, chicken dishes or vegetarian veggie pies. Side pastries, fruit pies, eclairs, biscuits, ... are gluten-free, lactose-free, without CMP and without soya but not without egg! They produce their own milk of almonds and hazelnuts!
Every precaution is taken to avoid contaminations: dishes in trays with lids, tarts under a bell, filmed or packaged products, dedicated utensils, etc.
For Christmas, they offer on request pastry logs without gluten and other allergens. And for the Epiphany, a King's Cake.
On sale recently, gluten-free homemade bread - based on tapioca, potato, rice flour and corn (and without buckwheat), sold in closed bags. To order the day before by telephone.
Finally, on the grocery side, you will find at retail, fruits, vegetables, eggs and organic meat from local producers.
