This Lebanese cuisine restaurant shows on its menu dishes with or without gluten.
The establishment is very rigorous in terms of cross contamination and it is possible for a celiac to eat: hot or cold appetizers (mashed chickpeas, aubergine caviar, moussaka ...), dishes ( grills, chicken or lamb skewers accompanied by rice or salad), until dessert (orange blossom dessert).
Warning, avoid taking falafels, which, although naturally gluten-free (chickpea flour), are currently fried in the same oil as other specialties containing gluten. Do not hesitate to ask the staff who will guide you in your choices.
