Located a few steps from the city center of Die, Céline and Eric have the pleasure of welcoming you to their family and friendly hotel restaurant. Open 7 days a week, the hotel is perfect for a relaxing break of a few days.
You can opt for a breakfast, half-board, full-board or stopover option.
In the kitchen, the chef adapts to the gluten-free and lactose-free diet. Next to the classic menu prepared with fresh products of the region, the green & gourmand menu offers a starter, a dish and a dessert without gluten and without lactose. Taste their rice salad with Asian flavors, their chickpea cakes with spring vegetables or the buddha bowl. Sweet side, let yourself be tempted by their rhubarb raspberry tartlets, their chocolate mellow or their "no-cheese cake" fig-raspberry! For breakfast, gluten-free bread and cereals are available upon request, as well as vegetable milks. Gluten-free be careful, the toaster is not yet dedicated. However, in the kitchen, the chef takes many precautions: gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are prepared before others, with specific utensils, and products (if possible certified or without traces) are stored separately.
In fine weather, you can enjoy the terrace. Céline is also thinking about the development of a well-being area with Jacuzzi, sauna, massages ... In the meantime you can already enjoy massage sessions by appointment (1h: 50 €, 30min: 30 €). Former dancer and then Pilates teacher, she knows the importance of relaxing the body to be well in her head! It proposes donations of relaxation formulas adapted to each one: massage, stay well-being, conferences, seminars.
As the hotel is close to the train station, the Lounge area is open to passing guests who wish to have coffee or tea while waiting for their train!
