Valérie, the restaurateur of La Boussole (restaurant adjoining the hotel Beauregard, on the edge of Annecy lake), has been eating gluten free for over 15 years and highlights on the menu a number of gluten-free dishes, at the time by personal conviction and to meet the growing demand.
Everything is homemade from mostly local products.

Gluten-containing dishes are also prepared on site, but every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination (equipment and worktop cleaned well between each preparation).
