Epices & tout in Alès is a gourmet restaurant that can adapt to food intolerances. All the dishes are homemade, therefore they can adapt all types of constraints: lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan… The managers Quentin and Aurélie have an allergic child, so they are well aware of the problem and dishes are prepared with the greatest care to avoid traces.
Full of flavors, the menu is worked and original, made of fresh and local products. You can find cuttlefish whites grilled with Espelette pepper, vegetables wok, poultry supreme stuffed with shiitakes, dates and spinach, roast duck fillet, carrot and sweet potato puree, Aubrac beef flambé, corn puree and popcorn…
And on top of that, the plates are beautifully set!
