Anthony’s cuisine is the one of a worldwide traveler. He lived eleven years in the West Indies, worked three years in London and traveled throughout Asia. He took cooking classes in Indian, Thai, Laotian, Vietnamese, Cambodian cuisine. He learned to merge the cuisines of the world, in order to create his own recipes.
On the menu: you will find only homemade main courses and desserts, based on mostly organic, local products, and with a selection of quality French meat (duck breast, black mountain pig, Aubrac beef, black lamb, chicken). Beef noodle wok, goat cheese samosas, swordfish or chicken skewer and its basmati rice, chocolate cake… Children also have their menu (main course + dessert) - suitable if need be in gluten-free, lactose-free or other.
Many dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free, milk-free and/or vegetarian. As in any gourmet restaurant, everything is prepared in an instant and can be adapted. Anthony’s son has been hypersensitive to gluten and lactose from early age, so the chef mostly uses lupine flour, potato starch or coconut milk in his recipes.
Think to call ahead before heading there to warn him of your dietary constraints (gluten-free, milk / lactose-free, peanut-free, soy-free, nut-free, sesame-free ...) and he'll be happy to adapt your menu. Warn him at least 48 hours before if you want to eat the black pig!
Chantan boon, based on rice pasta with fish or chicken will delight gluten-free. The soy sauce will be replaced by a gluten-free soy sauce. For dessert, indulge yourself with the chocolate cake, the “Baba au rhum” (gluten-free - made from lupine flour) or the gluten-free and vegan “blanc-manger coco” (no dairy products or eggs – base of coconut milk and almond milk). Bread can also be requested by gluten-free customers while booking, however, watch out for traces of gluten, as the baker prepares it in the same oven as conventional breads.
The restaurant also does caterer and takeout.
For the holidays, it offers cocktail trays and aperitives to serve at home.
On New Year's Eve, a menu at 48 € is provided served in the form of a buffet with many gluten-free, milk / lactose-free options, with party favors and dancing. Remember to book your evening. And for Valentine's Day, a special menu is also offered in a romantic atmosphere.
