38 Cours Michelet, 92800 Puteaux, France
Midway between traditional table-top catering and traditional fast-food, Ankka is the tailor-made specialist! Everyone can eat in this salad bar, whatever your diet is, because you can compose your plate as you want! For allergic or very sensitive people, however, beware of the risk of contamination. Good news, the allergens list is available in the restaurant.
Ankka is born of a French pun between "snacks" (Encas, to be pronunced [Anka]) and the Finnish city Ankka, a small town in the center of Finland, with a peaceful lifestyle in harmony with nature. Ankka's philosophy in a nutshell: "eat fast but eat healthy or the art of taking the time to go fast".
Make your plate up from varied, fresh and carefully selected ingredients. You have the choice, between hot meals (pasta, wraps, soup) or cold (salad, sandwich ...). If pasta, wraps and sandwiches contain gluten, soups and salads are gluten-free.
Let yourself be tempted by a salad with rice, quinoa, potatoes or arugula or lettuce. Beware, for allergic people, the lentils contain traces of gluten. Add ham pieces (without major allergens except celery), bacon (without major allergens and without traces) or salmon (without major allergens except, of course, fish) or egg, add cheese, fresh vegetables or dried fruits according to your desires.
The sauces are all gluten free except the Salmon one. Some contain milk (as well as egg or mustard: only in certain cold sauces), two sesame (marinade and sesame sauce). Do not hesitate to check on their allergen list.
Gourmands will end up with a dessert! You will opt for panna cotta, compotes, fromage blancs and cheesecakes without major allergens (gluten, egg) but all contain milk. Be careful, chocolate desserts contain gluten. Other options at checkout are rice cakes or cereal bars gluten-free, vegan and with no added sugar.
Remember to always indicate your food allergies or intolerances to the server and/or manager.
