Au paradis sucré is a pastry (not a bakery), where the pastry chef has the distinction of being celiac himself.
It offers a choice of cakes, petits fours and desserts without gluten, preferably on order. Also: ice cream and homemade confectionery, as well as gluten-free Christmas logs.
The pastry chef followed a gluten-free pastry course to continue working. It promotes the use of local products, including the fruits of its pastries.
Pastries, however, are not guaranteed without traces of gluten as gluten cakes are cooked in the same place (in a different oven).
