Tea room L'instant Plaisir Free from Gluten

L'Instant Plaisir, very close to Strasbourg, is a restaurant that is truly committed to gluten-free food: the dishes are indeed first imagined without gluten. The customer chooses any dish, with the accompaniment of his choice (which can be with or without gluten: ideal for going out with non-celiac friends !).
For example, the menu offers: gluten-free beef lasagna, chicken, fresh salmon, gluten-free couscous, gluten-free pasta, gluten-free pastries, quinoa, gluten-free taboulé...
The chef, Nora, revisits traditional dishes with spices and herbs from around the world, and offers original creations without gluten. Everything is homemade (up to salad dressing or saute tomato) and made with fresh products. Gluten-free couscous semolina is made entirely from polenta and rice.
Ramdane Koussa opened this gluten-free establishment eight years ago in response to her daughter's celiac disease.
The team is perfectly in control of the gluten-free diet, there is no cross-contamination.
