Founded in 2016 by Nicolas Melech, a baker and gluten intolerant, Pains du Mont is a gluten-free and organic bakery. Initially located in the heart of the Alps, the bakery moved into Drome region for your greatest pleasure.

Consuming products and bread without gluten is a necessity for celiacs, Nicolas wanted to meet a strong demand with the philosophy of reconciling the gluten-free bakery with taste and flavor, it brings pleasure through original tastes: bread country style, hamburger bun, Viennese bread, olive bread, walnut bread, multi-grain bread ... The breads are vacuum packed and can be frozen. High humidity ensures bread does not dry while in the freezer. Recently, he has created ready-to-use mixes: country bread, chestnut bread, salty dough, pie dough, pizza dough, pancake batter ... always gluten-free, in 300g or 500g format. These products are 100% natural, organic without additives (no dyes, preservatives or thickeners), ready to use in less than 3 minutes, enough to reconcile with home-made products. Convenient and fast, the packaging has a zip and is 100% recyclable. Their breads and mix are gluten-free, produced in a workshop dedicated to gluten-free (no cross-contamination), without milk (neither lactose nor casein) and naturally vegan. Nicolas does not use soy, lupine, sesame for the preparation of his bread, the hamburger is sprinkled with millet and quinoa seeds. The fats used are vegetable.
